WHEREAS, it appears that a claim has been filed against the
city of Pasco by Clyde A. West, that such claim was in an amount
of $75,000 and was referred to the city's insurance company, and
that such insurance company has denied the claim; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
The city of Pasco hereby denies the claim of Clyde A. West
for injuries received on or about the 9th day of December, 1976.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 18 day
of December 1978.
