RESOLUTIO14 NO. 1211
A RESOLUTION dissolving the Neighborhood Facility Board of Directors
and rescinding Resolution No. 921.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco established a
Neighborhood Facility Board of Directors by Resolution No. 921,
passed on the 15th day of May, 1973;
WHEREAS, that said board has not officially met since October
15, 197,7, and that said board serves no function at this time; and
WHEREAS, that said board was to advise the city regarding the
use of a facility administered by the parks department and that
Richard 0. Erickson, Parks Director, and Leland F. Kraft, City
Manager, recommend that said board be dissolved; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That Resolution No. 921 is hereby rescinded and that the
Neighborhood Facility Board of Directors is hereby dissolved.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 4 day
of December 1978.
