A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a portion of certain streets within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a petition
from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners requesting the City
of Pasco to vacate a portion of certain.streets, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of a certain
portion of the following described streets within the City of Pasco will be
held before the City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall, Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of eight (8) p.m. on the 20th day of NOvember,.'.1978*
STREETS: East Shoshone Street between North Oregon Avenue
and North Idaho Avenue and adjacent Blocks 136 and
and 137, Pasco Land Company's First Addition.
East Broadway:Street between North Oregon Avenue
and North Idaho Avenue and adjacent Blocks 136 and
137, Pasco Land Company's First Addition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice
of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 16 day"of
October 1978.
