RESOLUTION NO. 1204
A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by Tri -City Paving under Job No. 78-3-05,
Chip Seal Stadium Park Addition.
WHEREAS, the work done by Tri -City Paving under Job No. 78-3-05,
Chip Seal Stadium Park Addition, has been examined by the City Engineer
and the City Engineer found that the work on said project has been ccnpleted
in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project, and it
apps that the City should now accept the same and concur in the Engineer's
recommendation, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Council concurs in the Engineer's recommendation
and finds that the work done under Job No. 78-3-05, Chip Seal Stadium
Park Addition, has been conTpleted in accordance with the plans and
specifications of said project and that the same be and is hereby accepted;
and
That the Department of Labor and Industries and the Washington
State Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of this work.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington,
this 16 day of October , 1978.
