RESOLUTION NO. 1201
WHEREAS, Section 22.20.020 of the Pasco Municipal Code requires
an official zoning map to be the final authority as to the current
zoning status of land within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, the official zoning map adopted in 1965 has become
difficult to interpret due to the nature and number of changes
thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Division of the City of Pasco has researched
all pertinent city documents relating to zoning since 1965 and has
prepared a new official zoning map; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the zoning map, as attested by the signatures of the Mayor
and City Clerk on this date, is hereby adopted as the official zoning
map of the City of Pasco and is declared to supersede all prior
official zoning maps; and the City Manager of the City of Pasco, or
his designee, is hereby directed to cause a true copy of this official
zoning map to be filed with the Auditor of Franklin County, Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 18 day of
September . 1978.
