RESOLUTION NO. 1189
A RESOLUTION fixing the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a portion of a certain street within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a petition
from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners requesting the City
of Pasco to vacate a portion of a certain street, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That a public hearing to consider vacation of a certain
portion of the following described street within the City of Pasco will be
held before the City Council in the Council Chambers at City Hall, Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of eight (8) p.m. on the 21St day of August, 1978.
STREET: Bonneville Street adjacent to Lot;13,
Block 6, Petitt's Second Addition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give notice
of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this
July 1978.
