A RESOLUTION fiking the time and place for a public hearing to consider
vacation of a certain alley within.the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received a petition from
more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners requesting the City of Pasco
to vacate a certain alley, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation;
NOW,'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section. That a public hearing to consider vacation of the following des-
cribed alley within the City of Pasco will be held before the City Council in the
Council Chambers at City Hall, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8':00) p.m.
on the �2'4,t day of July, 1978.
ALLEY: Twenty -foot wide alley running north
south and dividing Block 17, Riverside Addition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk'.of the City of Pasco shall give notice of
said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 19 day of
June , 1978.
