A RESOLUTION fixing the time for a public hearing to vacate a
certain street within the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has received
a petition from more than two-thirds of the abutting property owners
requesting the City of Pasco to vacate a certain street, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That a public hearing for vacating the following
street within the City of Pasco will be held before the City Council
in the Council Chambers at City Hall, Pasco, Washington, at the hour
of eight (8:00) p.m., on the 10- day of July, 1978.
LEOLA STREET: Swanson's Addition adjacent to Block 2 and 3
of said Swanson's Addition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco shall give
notice of a public hearing on said vacation as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the. City of Pasco this 5 day
of June , 1978.
