RESOLUTION NO. 1167
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING TO VACATE CERTAIN STREETS AND
ALLEYS WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, The City Council has received a petition from
more than 2/3 of the abutting property owners requesting the
City of Pasco to vacate certain streets and alleys, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is required on said vacation,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing for vacating the
following streets and alleys within the City of Pasco will
be held before the City Council in the City.Council...
Chambers in the City Hall, Pasco, Washington, at the hour
of eight (8) p.m., the fifth day of June, 1978;
That portion of the north -south alley
lying southerly of the east -west alley
in Block 5, Sylvester Park Addition to
the City of Pasco.
Section 2.
That the City Clerk shall give notice of a
Public Hearing on said vacation as required bylaw.
