HomeMy WebLinkAbout1166 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 1166 A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO. WHEREAS, The City Council has received a petition from more than 2/3 of the abutting property owners requesting the City of Pasco to vacate certain streets and alleys, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is required on said vacation, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That a Public Hearing for vacating the following streets and alleys within the City of Pasco will be held before the City Council in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight--(?)-- m., the fifth day of June, 1978; The east -west alley in the Block bounded on the north by Clark Street, on the south by Lewis Street, on the east by 13th Avenue and on the west by 14th Avenue. Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said vacation as required by law. PASSED AND APPROVED this day of May, 1978.
