WHEREAS the City is required by R.C.W. 39.56.040 to cancel any
warrant not presented for payment within one year of its issue; and
WHEREAS there exists a number of warrants hereinbelow listed that
have been outstanding for more than one year without being presented
for payment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the following warrants be and the same are hereby cancelled
and the Director of Finance and the City Treasurer of the City of
Pasco are hereby directed to take all proper steps to cancel said
warrants and transfer all records of such warrants so as to leave the
funds as if the warrants had never been drawn:
