WHEREAS, Katie Barton served as member of the Civil Service
Commission of the City of Pasco from October 3, 1972, to February 17,
1978, and
WHEREAS, during her term as a member of the Civil Service
Commission Katie Barton dedicated untolled hours in community service
to the City of Pasco; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City of Pasco publicly commend and does hereby
publicly commend and express its gratitude to Katie Barton for her
public minded spirit and dedication to the City of Pasco as a member
of the Civil Service Commission.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 21 day
of FPhruary , 1978.
