A RESOLUTION accepting the work done by L. W. Vail Company, Inc., under Job No.
76-3-02, Quarter Section L.I.D. No. 97
WHEREAS, the work done by L. W. Vail Company, Inc., under Job No..
76-3-02, Quarter Section L.T.D. No. 97, has been examined by the City Engineer
and the City Engineer found that the work on said project has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications of said project, and it appears that
the City should now accept the same and concur in the Engineer's recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Council concurs in the Engineer's recommendation
and finds that.the work done under Job No. 76-3-02, Quarter Section L.I.D. No. 97,
has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project
and that the same be and is hereby accepted; and
That the Department of Labor and Industries and the Washington State
Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of this work.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington,

******AGREEMENT****
Dear Rick,
The attached drawing shows which streets the City feels will need a
seal coat treatment when weather permits in 1978 on the streets improved
by L. W. Vail Company this.year on L.I.D. No. 97. Also shown is 5th
Avenue overlay with asphalt concrete pavement nominal 3/4" (inch)
from Court Street to State Highway fence.
All work and material required to meet the requirements of the City of
Pasco shall be done without any additional compensation for all necessary
work involved to complete this project.

We have reviewed. the quantities in Estimate No. 6, Semi -Final,
dated December.6, 1977 and find them tobe correct.
I am also enclosing.the letter of agreement between L. W. Vail
Co., Inc. and the City of Pasco.
` With these two matters now resolved, I request .that our retainage
be reduced to a sum adequate to guarantee the corrective actions
specified in our letter of agreement dated December 6, 1977. It
is my opinion that $10,000 is more than adequate, but is agreeable.
