HomeMy WebLinkAbout1124 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 1124 A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO. WHEREAS, The City Council has received a petition from 75% or more of the abutting property owners requesting th.e City of Pasco to vacate cretain streets and alleys, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is required on said vacation, now therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That a Public Hearing for vacating the following streets and alleys within the City of Pasco will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8) P.M., the fifth day of December, 1977. Ainsworth Street lying between West "A" Street and the easterly boundary of the railroad right of way, approximately 565+ Linear Feet. Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said vacation as required by law. PASSED and APPROVED this 7 day of November 1977.
