A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE GRANT AGREEMENT NO. B -77 -DS -53-0019
FOR THE CITY'S DISCRETIONARY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has reviewed
the Grant Agreement between the City of Pasco and the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that said agreement is
in the best interests of the City of Pasco and wishes to concur and
execute the same, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The Pasco City Manager be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Agreement between the City of Pasco and the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, a copy of
which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
