A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
HIGHLAND PARK HOMES ADDITION AS PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS the City of Pasco has received from the owners
of certain property in the Highland Park Homes Addition of the
City of Pasco an offer of dedication of that property as public
right-of-way, and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City of Pasco
to accept this offer of dedication; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the offer of dedication of the following described
property situate in the Highland Park Homes Addition of the City
of Pasco be and the same is hereby accepted as public right-of-
way:
The southerly 30 feet of Lots 1 through 10, Block 8.
The southerly 30 feet of Lots 1 through 10, Block 9.
The northerly 30 feet of Lots 1 through 10, Block 24.
The northerly 30 feet of Lots 1 through 10, Block 25.
The easterly 5 feet of Lot 9, Block 8.
The easterly 5 feet of Lot 9, Block 25.
The easterly 5 feet of Lot 10, Block 8.
The easterly 5 feet of Lot 10, Block 25.
The easterly 5 feet of Lot 1, Block 9.
The easterly 5 feet of Lot 1, Block 24.
The westerly 5 feet of Lot 2, Block 9.
The westerly 5 feet of Lot 2, Block 24.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington,
this 19 day of September, , 1977.
