RESOLUTION NO. 1111
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO
VACATE CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS WITHIN THE CITY
OF PASCO
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition from
75% or more of the abutting property owners requesting the City of
Pasco to vacate certain streets and alleys, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That a public hearing for vacating the following streets
and alleys within the City of Pasco be -and the same will be held
before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall,
Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8) p.m., on the third day
of October, 1977:
North-South alley, Block 5, between Lots 8 and 9 of
Helm's Second Addition, and
That the City Clerk give notice of a public hearing on
said vacation as required by law.
PASSED this 6 day of September , 1977.
