RESOLUTION NO. 1100
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
TO VACATE CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS WITHIN THE
CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, The City Council has received a petition from 75% or more of the
abutting property owners requesting the City of Pasco to vacate certain streets
and alleys and
WHEREAS, A public hearing is required on said vacation, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a public hearing for vacating the following streets and
alleys within the City of Pasco will be held before the City Council in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8)
P.M., the fifteenth day of August, 1977.
The south 2 feet of the east 70 feet of the east -west
alley in Block 5, Long's First Addition (abutting lots
12, 13 and 14, Block 5, Long's First Addition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a public hearing on
said vacation as required by law.
PASSED and APPROVED this 19 day of July 1977.
