A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE MATERIAL AND WORK DONE BY SPECTRUM
CARPET FOR SUPPLYING AND INSTALLING CARPET IN THE PASCO PUBLIC
LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the material supplied and the carpet installation performed by
Spectrum Carpet has been inspected by the Finance Director of the City of Pasco,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Director has found the material and workmanship
acceptable and in conformance with the bid specifications, and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interest of the City to now accept
the installed carpet, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City of Pasco does now accept the carpeting and
installation thereof in the Pasco Public Library provided by Spectrum Carpeting,
Inc., as the same has been supplied and installed in accordance with the bid
specifications, and
Section 2. That the Department of Labor and Industries and Washington
State Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of this work.
