RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF MIN
SECOND LEVEL COSTS TO BENTON-FRANKLIN
CONFERENCE
WHEREAS, the offices of the Benton-Frankl
Conference are being required to be relocated,

WHEREAS, the Benton -Franklin Governmental Conference will
incur certain moving expenses and costs, and

WHEREAS, the Benton -Franklin Governmental Conference voted
on May 27, 1977, to authorize a special assessment covering the
minimum costs and to consider further at a later meeting an
increase in that special assessment to cover certain second level
costs, and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco's allocated portion of the special
member assessment for the minimum moving costs is One Hundred
Ninety -Nine & 00/100 ($199.00) Dollars,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Pasco
to contribute its portion for the minimum moving expenses to
the Benton -Franklin Governmental Conference, and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco's allocated assessment for certain
second level costs to be incurred by the Benton -Franklin Governmental
Conference in setting up new offices is Two Hundred Fifty -Nine
& 00/100 ($259.00) Dollars; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the proper officials of the City of Pasco be and the same
are hereby authorized to pay to the Benton -Franklin Governmental
Conference the total sum of .Four Hundred Fifty -Eight & 00/100
($458.00) Dollars as the City of Pasco's portion of the special
assessment contributions to the Benton -Franklin Governmental
Conference for minimum moving costs and second level costs incurred
and to be incurred by the Benton -Franklin Governmental Conference
in their relocation.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington,
