WHEREAS, the work done by G.B. Erickson & Son Construction has
been duly examined by the Director of Parks & Recreation and the
Director of Parks & Recreation having found that the work on said
project has been completed in accordance with the. plans and specifi-
cations of said project, and it appears that the City should now
accept the same and concur in the Director's recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs in the Director's recommendations
and finds that work entitled Cemetery Road Paving has been completed
in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project and
that the.City Council should accept the same; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
That the said City of Pasco accepts the work.done by G.B.
Erickson & Son Construction, Cemetery Roads Paving as the same has
been completed by said contractor in accordance with the plans and
specifications of said project, and
That the Department of Labor and Industries and the Washington
State Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of this work.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, this
28 day of June, 1977.
