A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR THE
ROUTING OF THE PROPOSED INTERSTATE I-182 BETWEEN GOOSE GAP
ROAD AND FRANKLIN COUNTY ROAD 68 INTERCHANGE.
W H E REAS , the City has long supported the proposed route of I-182 which
would connect SR 82 at Prosser and SR 395 at Pasco; and
WHEREAS , the proposed route will be beneficial for the development of
the entire area;. NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of Pasco does declare it's support and
approval for the proposed alignment of I-182 between Goose Gap Road and Franklin
County Road 68 Interchange and urges the expeditious completion of I-182 by the
Washington State Highway Department.
Section 2. That a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith to the Washington
State Highway Department.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its passage
as required by law.
