RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO
VACATE A CERTAIN STREET WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington declaring
its intention to vacate a certain street; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said vacation, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing for vacating the following street
within the. City of Pasco excepting public easements where required will be held
before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Pasco, Washington,
at the hour of 8:00 p.m. the third day of May, 1977.
The north thirty (30) feet of, the following described property:
The southwest quarter (SW1/4) of the northeast quarter
(NE1/4) of the northeast quarter (NE1/4) of Section 25,
Township 9 North, Range 29 East W.M.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall five notices -of a Public Hearing
on said vacation as required by law.
PASSED and APPROVED this 5 day of April , 1977.
