A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO AUTHORIZING
THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE
PASCO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco deems it in
the City's -best interest to enter into a contract with the Pasco
Chamber of `Commerce to provide services for the City of Pasco,
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section'l. - The City Manager is hereby.authorized and directed
to execute the contract with the Pasco Chamber of Commerce, a copy
of which is attached hereto,by this reference incorporated herein.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective on its
passage and as required by law.
PASSED and APPROVED by the City Council this 5 day
of April , 1977.

AG R E E M E N T
THIS. AGREEMENT entered into this day of ,
1977, between.the City of Pasco, a municipal corporation, herein-
after referred to as Pasco, and The Pasco Chamber of Commerce,
hereinafter referred to as the Chamber; for an in consideration
of the mutual benefits to be derived hereby and.in further con-
sideration of the sum of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars paid by
Pasco to the Chamber, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. For the year 1977, Pasco has paid or shall have
paid to the'Chamber, the sum of Eight Hundred ($800.00)' Dollars.
2. The Chamber shall provide the service to Pasco of
research, compilation,and reproduction of brochures and informa
tion relating to statistics on the commerce and economic develop-
ment in Pasco.
3. The Chamber shall further provide at its place of
business Pasco City maps for the use of .citizens and visitors
to the City..
4. 'The -Chamber shall use all sums provided herein solely
for the.purpose of promotingtand encouraging community.develop-
ment in the City of Pasco..
This Agreement is made the day and year first above
written.
