A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH TRI -CITIES GROUP HOMES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco deems it in the City's best
interest to enter into a contract with Tri -Cities Group Homes, Inc. , to provide
services for the City of Pasco, now, therefore, the City Council does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the contract with Tri -Cities Group Homes, Inc. , a copy of which is attached
hereto, by this reference incorporated herein.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective on its passage and as
required by law and after Board of Adjustment approval of the Group Home Special
Use Permit.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT entered into this* day of ,
1977, between the City of Pasco, a municipal corporation, herein-
after referred to as Pasco, and Tri -Cities Group Homes, Inc.,
hereinafter referred to as Group Homes; for and.in consideration
of the mutual benefits to be derived hereby and in further
consideration of the sum of Two Thousand dollars ($2,000.00) to
be paid by Pasco to Group Homes, the parties hereto agreed as
follows :
1. Pasco shall pay to Group Homes the sum of Two Thousand
dollars ($2,000.00) within 30 days after execution of this
agreement.
2. Group Homes shall accept and provide home and counseling
for a period of.one year to such persons from Pasco as Group Homes's
guidelines and facilities will permit..
3. Group Homes agrees to maintain its residence and yard in
Pasco in proper and attractive condition, and further agrees to
make every effort to insure the tranquillity and domestic environment
of the neighborhood in which it is located.
This agreement is made the day and year first above written.
