A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO ENTER. INTO A CONTRACT FOR. THE YEAR 1977 WITH THE
BENTON-FRANKLIN COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY, INC.
WH E R. EA S , the City Council of the City of Pasco has reviewed the
proposed contract between the City of Pasco and the Benton -Franklin County
Humane Society, Inc. , and
W H E R. E A S , the City Council has found tha t said agreement is in the
best interests of the City of Pasco and wishes to enter into the same, NOVI,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Pasco City Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the Agreement between the City of Pasco and Benton -Franklin County
Humane Society, Inc. for the year of 1977, attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its
passage as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED this 1 day of
February, 1977.
