A RESOLUTION DISSOLVING THE SOCIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF PASCO.
WH E R EA S , the City Council of the City of Pasco, by Resolution No. 939,
created a Social Planning Commission and set forth the duties therein, and
W H E R E A S , the City Council of the City of Pasco now finds the City's
interest is best served by dissolving the Social Planning Commission, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Resolution No. 939 is hereby repealed and the Social Planning
Commission is hereby dissolved.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect after its passage as required by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED AS PROVIDED BY LAW this 19
day of January , 1977.
