HomeMy WebLinkAbout1063 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 1063 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK DONE BY TRI -CITY TILE AND MASONRY, INC. FOR THE GOLF CART STORAGE FACILITY. W H E R E A S , the work done by Tri -City Tile and Masonry, Inc. on the Golf Cart Storage Facility has been duly examined by the Director of Parks and Recreation of the City of Pasco and Mark L. Pence, the Architect, having found that the work on said project has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project, and it appears that the City should now accept the same and concur in the Director of Parks and Recreation's recommendation, NOW THEREFORE; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the City Council concurs in the Director of Parks and Recreation's recommendations and finds that the Golf Cart Storage Facility has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project and, therefore, the City Council should accept the same. Section 2. That the said City of Pasco does now accept the work done by Tri -City Tile and Masonry, Inc, for the Golf Cart Storage Facility as the same has been completed by said contractor in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project. Section 3. That the Department of Labor and Industries and the Washington State Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of this work.
