RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO PERTAINING TO ENTER-
ING INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING
A BASEBALL FIELD FOR THE COLT AND PONY LEAGUE AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO SAID AGREE-
MENT FOR THE CITY OF PASCO. ,
WHEREAS, in the past the City of Pasco has entered into a lease
with the Colt and Pony League Association, and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco and the Colt and Pony League Association
jointly desire to provide a baseball field for young people, and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco desires to continue providing this program
for its citizens, and wishes to cooperate with the Colt and Pony League
Association;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Pasco hereby authorizes
and directs the City Manager to execute said lease for the purpose of pro-
viding a baseball field for young people.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after
its passage as required by law.
