A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY OF PASCO's RECOG-
NIZATION OF THE DESIRABILITY TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH CH2M - HILL TO UPDATE THE CITY's COMPREHENSIVE
WATER PLAN AND STUDY THE WATER RATES. ..
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need and desirability of updating
the City's Comprehensive Water Plan and studying the Water Rates to insure
that the utility will have sufficient revenue to operate and adequately provide
for system growth, and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the consulting firm of CH2M - Hill
is competent in accomplishing the work associated with the tasks outlined above,
NOW THEREFORE;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approve of entering into a contract with
CH2M - Hill to update the City's Comprehensive Water Plan and to do a Water Rate
Study., and
Section 2. Further authorize the mayor to execute the attached contract
labeled Exhibit "A" between CH2M - Hill and the City of Pasco.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, this 5
day of October 1976.
