A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE GRANT AGREEMENT
FOR THE CITY'S SECOND YEAR COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has reviewed the Grant
Agreement between the City of Pasco and the United States Department of
Housing and Urban Development, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that said agreement is in the
best interests of the City of Pasco and wishes to concur and execute the
same, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Pasco City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Agreement between the City of Pasco and the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force after its passage as
required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED this 21 day of
September, 1976.
