A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK DONE BY LACLO CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, INC., UNDER JOB NO. 75-9-04, RESTROOM FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the work done by Laclo Construction Company, Inc., under
Job No. 75-9-04, Restroom Facility, has been duly examined by the Director
of Parks and Recreation and the City Building Inspector and Pence and
Associates, Architectural Firm, having found that the work on said project
has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said
project, and it appears that the City should now accept the same and concur
in the Director of Parks and Recreation recommendation, NOW THEREFORE;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council concursg� in the Director of Parks and
Recreation recommendations and finds that work done under Job No. 75-9-04,
Restroom Facility, has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications of said project, and therefore, the City Council should accept
the same.
Section 2. That the said City of Pasco does now accept the work done
by Laclo Construction Company, Inc., on Job No. 75-9-04 Restroom Facility,
as the same completed by said contractor in accordance with the plans and
specifications of said project.
Section 3. That the Department of Labor and Industries and the Washing-
ton State Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of this work.
PASSED BY 3 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, this
day of August 1976.

DEAR MR. OLNEY:
ON TUESDAY, JULY 6, 1976, WE INSPECTED THE SUBJECT FACILITY AND
FOUND THAT THE WORK HAS BEEN SATISFACTORILY COMPLETED, INCLUDING
THE PITT -GLAZE FINISH IN THE DESIGNATED AREAS.
WE WOULD RECOMMEND THAT THE CITY RELEASE THE FINAL PAYMENT TO THE
CONTRACTOR AT THIS TIME.

RE: Wayside Park
For your information both the city building inspector and the
firm of Pence and Associates have inspected the restroom at
Wayside Park. They both indicated that the building is com-
pleted. With that I would recommend payment to the contractor,
Laclo Inc.
