A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO SUPPORT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NUCLEAR RESPONSE PLAN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Mayor of the City of Pasco is authorized and
directed to affix his signature to a Memorandum of
Support for the full implementation by the City of Pasco
of the Nuclear Response Plan which has been jointly
prepared by Benton and Franklin Counties.
Section 2: This Resolution shall be, in full force and effect
upon its passage.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL This 6th day of July, 1976.
