A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE
BOAT BASIN PARK BY THE CORPS OF ENGINEERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The form and contents of the Lease Agreement presented
to the City Council on June 22, 1976, between the Department
of Army Corps of Engineers and the City of Pasco is hereby
approved.
Section 2: The form and contents of the Commercial Concession
Agreement (franchise) presented to the City Council on
June 22, 1976, are hereby approved.
Section 3: The City Manager is hereby directed and authorized
to execute immediately application�or Lease Agreement between
the Department of Army Corps of Engineers and the City of
Pasco, which lease includes provisions for development of
Lake Walulla Pasco Boat Basin.
Section 4: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
after its passage.
