A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 1010WHICH ESTABLISHED A PASCO CIVIL ARTS COMMISSION►
PROVIDING FOR MEMBERSHIP THERETO, ESTABLISHING TERMS
OF OFFICE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has reviewed
Resolution No. 1010 and at this time deems it in the City's best
interest to repeal Resolution No. 1010, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Resolution No. 1010 of the City of Pasco which
establishes a Pasco Civil Arts Commission, provides for membership
thereto, establishes terms of office and responsibilities of
the commission is hereby repealed in total.
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
upon passage.
