RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
TO VACATE AN ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, The City Council has received a petition from the property owners
requesting the City of Pasco to vacate an alley and
WHEREAS, A public hearing is required on said vacation, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. :That a public hearing for vacating the alley within the City of
Pasco will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City .
Hall, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8) P.M., the sixth day of July, 1976.
1. The north -south alley lying within Block 123, Pasco Land Company's First
Addition to the City of Pasco.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a public hearing on
said vacation as required by law.
PASSED and APPROVED this 15 day of June 1976.
