A Resolution of the City of Pasco Reaffirming the City's
Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority of Pasco
WHEREAS, The City of Pasco entered into a Cooperation Agreement with the
Housing Authority of Pasco on September 3, 1963, to provide certain municipal
services as provided therein, and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of Pasco, through its Director, has requested
the City to reaffirm the continuation of services in order to permit the Housing
Authority to qualify for certain H.U.D. funds, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Pasco does hereby ratify and reconfirm its
Cooperation Agreement of September 3, 1963, and agrees that it will continue to
provide the Housing Authority of Pasco and its residents the same type and level of
public services and facilities as has been provided in the past.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after passage as
required by law.
