RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO SIGN, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, A GOLF
PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PASCO
AND JOSEPH E. DUBSKY, JR.
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the Professional Golf Agreement
between the City of Pasco and Joseph E. Dubsky, Jr. , which shall be in effect
for a period of two years, from April 1976 to April 1978, and
WHEREAS, The City Council approves the terms and conditions thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed, on
behalf of the City, to sign the 1976/1978 Golf Professional Agreement between
the City --of Pasco and Joseph E. Dubsky, Jr.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in effect upon its passage.
