RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING MR. A. V. "DEL"
LINCOLN FOR HIS DEVOTED SERVICES TO THE
CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, Mr. A. V. "Del" Lincoln served on the Pasco Planning
Commission as a member from 1963 through to February, 1976, and
WHEREAS, Mr. A. V. "Del" Lincoln served as chairman of the Pasco
Planning Commission from May 13, 1971, to February, 1976, and
WHEREAS, this distinguished citizen of Pasco has dedicated untold
hours in community service and in planning a better future for the City
of Pasco, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. We hereby commend Mr. A. V. "Del" Lincoln and hold him in
our highest regard as a public -minded citizen who has dedicated freely
of his time in planning for Pasco's orderly growth and well being.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect upon passage.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED this 2 day of March
1976.
