A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK DONE BY TRI
CITY' TILE & MASONRY ON EAST PASCO NEIGHBOR-
HOOD FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the work done by TriCity Tile & Masonry Company on the
East Pasco Neighborhood Facility, has been duly examined by Mark Pence &
Associates, acting as an authorized agent of the City, and Mark Pence &
Associates having found that the work done on said project has been completed
in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project; and it appears
that the City should now accept the same and concur with the architect's
recommendation, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council concurs with the Architect's
recommendation and finds that work done on East Pasco Neighborhood Facility has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project,
and therefore, the City Council should accept the same.
Section 2. That the said City of Pasco does now accept the work done by
Tri City Tile & Masonry Company as the same has been completed by said contractor
in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project.
Section 3. That the Department of Labor and Industries and the
Washington State Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of this work.
