Subject: Petition for Creation of a Local Improvement District
within the Auto Park Subdivision
I have discussed the creation of a Local Improvement District within
the Auto Park Subdivision with my partner, Mr. Schultens on many occasions
since our purchase of the property in April of 1973.
At our last meeting on January 5, 1976, Mr. Schultens assured me of his
intentions to sign the petition as soon as it could be sent to him in
Oregon. I have forwarded a copy of the petition to him for his signature
but sincq he is out of town I will be unable to return it until sometime
around the 14th or 15th of January.
Respectfully yours,
Russell J.' -bean
