A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO PROVIDING
FOR THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
AND SETTING THE PURCHASE PRICE THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco deems it in the
City's best interest to improve the Downtown Business District, and
WHEREAS, the City.Council of the City of Pasco finds that
certain real property must be acquired in order to effect said
improvement, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco has reviewed
the location and cost of those parcels of property heretofore
recommended for acquisition by agents and officials of the City,
and finds the same reasonable, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Manager of the City of Pasco is hereby
authorized and directed to purchase the following property at a
purchase price not to exceed the following:
Location
1. The east 60 feet of Lots 11 and
12, Block 18, Gerry's Addition
2. Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, School
Block Plat to Pasco
3. The South 1-1/2 feet of Lot 12,
Except the East 60 feet thereof and
ALL of Lots 13 and 14, Plus the
North 5 feet of Lot 15, Block 18,
Gerry's Addition
4. Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 23 and 24,
Block 18, Gerry's Addition
5. The South 20 feet of Lot 15, and
ALL of Lot 16, Block 18, Gerry's
Addition
Purchase Cost
$27,000.00

52,950.00
19,000.00
6. Lots 21 and 22, Block 18, Gerry's
Addition 76,300.00
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in effect immediately
upon passage.
