A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A CERTAIN
STREET BETWEEN BOLIN ADDITION AND INLAND ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by the
owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the portion
of the aforesaid street sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said Petition for vacating the
following described street be held before the City Council in the City Council Chambers,
Pasco City Hall, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. on October 7, 1975.
That portion of Jan Street lying easterly of the
west line of Block 2, Bolin Addition, as recorded
in Volume C, Page 49, Book of Plats, Franklin
County, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
Petition as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this 3
day of September 1975.
