A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REVISED AND EX-
TENDED COMPREHENSIVE STREET PROGRAM FOR
THE CITY OF PASCO, AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 952.
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.77.010 provides for annual revision and exten-
sion of the Comprehensive Street Program of each city and town, after holding
public hearings thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco adopted its Comprehensive Street Pro-
gram on July 2, 1974, pursuant to R.C.W. 35.77.010, and it is now time to re-
vise and extend that Comprehensive Street Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the revision and
extension of the City of Pasco Comprehensive Street Program on August 5, 1975;
NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Pasco hereby adopts the
revision and extension of the Comprehensive Program for the ensuing six years
as attached hereto and labeled "Six -Year Construction Program, 1976-1981"
incorporated herein and by this reference made a part hereof as though set forth
herein verbatim.
Section 2. The Comprehensive Street Program shall be filed with the
Director of Highways within thirty _.(30) days.
Section 3. Resolution No. 952 approved by the Pasco City Council on
July 2, 1974 be and hereby is repealed.
Section 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its pas-
sage as required by law.
