A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO APPOINT-
ING AN ACTING CITY MANAGER AND SETTING THE
DUTIES, TERM AND COMPENSATION THEREFOR
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to designate a qualified administra-
tive officer of the City to perform the duties of Manager as of September 6,
1975, pursuant to R.C.W. 35.18.140; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires the duties of the Acting City
Manager to remain the same as presently apply to the position of City Manager
under State Law, City Ordinance and Council Direction; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the term and salary of the
Acting City Manager; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby designates Albert Tebaldi, a qualified ad-
ministrative officer of the City, as Acting City Manager, to perform the duties
of City Manager as defined by State Statute, City Ordinance and Council Di-
rec tion.
Section 2. The salary of the Acting City Manager shall be that sum presently
being paid for the position of City Manager.
Section 3. The term of this appointment shall be indefinite.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
DONE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO THIS 19th DAY
OF AUGUST, 1975.
