A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PASCO TO REMOVE THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, Harry D. Kinzer was appointed by the City Council
of the City of Pasco to the position of the City Manager without definite
term, on April 16, 1974, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco believes that
the best interests of the City of Pasco require a termination of such
employment;
WHEREAS, the City Manager has not performed the duties of his
office to the satisfaction of a majority of this Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Br THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PASCO, WASHINGTON:
That the City Council of the City of Pasco hereby i'ndi'cates its
intention to remove Harry D. Kinzer from the position of City Manager as of
September 6, 1975.
That Leo E. Olney hereby is authorized and directed to serve upon
Harry D. Kinzer, a proper notice of such intention to remove him from the position
of City Manager as of September 6, 1975, said notice to be served on date of
passage of this Resolution.
PASSED by the majority vote of the members of the City Council
of the City of Pasco this 5th day of August, 1975.

THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, Harry D. Kinzer was appointed by the City
Council of the City of Pasco to the position of the City Manager
without definite term, on April 16, 1974, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pasco believes
that the best interests of the City of Pasco require a termination
of such employment;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON:
That the City Council of the City of Pasco hereby
indicates its intention to remove Harry D. Kizer from the
position of City Manager as of September 6,21975.
That Leo E. Olney hereby is authorized and directed to
serve upon Harry D. Kinzer a proper notice of such intention
to remove him from the position of City Manager as of September
6, 1975, said notice to be served on date of passage of this
resolution.
