AN RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON
RELATING TO THE POTENTIAL WATER & SEWER SERVICE
AREA UP TO 1995.
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco is desirous to delineate the potential
service areas for water and sewer services to the year 1995; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City of Pasco hereby acknowledges the water
and sewer boundaries shown on the attached maps .to -,be the potential service
areas for the period of 1975 to 1995.
Section 2. That the City of Pasco does not accept or agree with
the disputed service area that infringe upon the City of Pasco service area
as indicated on the attached maps.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
after its passage as required by law.
August PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED this 5 day of
, 1975.
