RESOLUTION NO. 993
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TI14E FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A CERTAIN
STREET WITHIN RIVERSIDE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
PASCO.
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by the
owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the portion
of the aforesaid street sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following
described street be held before the City Council in the City Council Chambers,
Pasco City'Hall, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. August 5, 1975.
The south 100 feet of Ship Street abutting
Lots 7 and 8, Block 31, Riverside Addition
as recorded in Volume B, Page 44, Book of
Plats, Franklin County, blashington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
petition as required by law.
