A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE CERTAIN STREET AND ALLEYS
WITHIN FREY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by
the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the
portion of aforesaid street and alleys sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the
following described street and alleys be held before the City Council in the City
Council Chambers, Pasco City Hall, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. May 20, 1975.
1. Cincinatti Street from east right-of-way line of Nevada Avenue
to the west right-of-way line of Wyoming Avenue lying northerly
of Block 55, Frey•s Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 16,
Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington.
2. The north -south alleys in Block 55, and 56 Frey's Addition as recorded
in Volume B, Page 16, Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
petition as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this 15
day of April 1975.
