GREGORY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY UNDER JOB NO. 74-05, MARIE STREET SANITARY SEWER WHEREAS, the work done by G. Gregory Construction Company, under Job No. 74-05, Marie Street Sanitary Sewer has been duly examined by the City Engineer and the City Engineer having found that the work on said project has been com- pleted in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project, and it appears that the City should now accept the same and concur in the Enaineer's recommendation, NOW THEREFORE; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the City Council concurs in the Engineer's recommendations and finds that work done under Job No. 74-05, Marie Street Sanitary Sewer has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project, and therefore, the City Council should accept the same. Section 2. That the said City of Pasco does now accept the work done by G. Gregory Construction Company, on Job No. 74-05, Marie Street Sanitary Sewer as the same has been completed by said contractor in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project. Section 3. That the Department of Labor and Industries and the Washington State Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of this,work. Ajax, City Engineer SUBJECT: Marie Street Sanitary Sewer Project No. 74-05 Contractor G. Gregory Construction Company Work on the subject project is note complete and in apparent compliance with the plans and specifications. The original contract amount was $6,973.58. Final contract amounted to $6,926.85. This reduction was due to a slight reduction in quantities. RECOMMENDATION: It is the staff's recommendation that the work be accepted. •
